Nikhil Mukherjee

Nikhil officially began his career as a lawyer in January 2021 after articling and working as a summer student at Rogerson Law Group.

He has broad experience in civil litigation, specializing in estate law with particular interest in property disputes, trusts, and closely held corporations. He also drafts and advises on wills and prenuptial agreements. Nikhil is particularly skilled at crafting written arguments and has been responsible for factums at various court levels, as well as a memorandum for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Nikhil welcomes the opportunity to assist French speakers with legal matters in Ontario.

Education

Nikhil holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. During his studies, he was part of the team representing the law school in the 2020 Boxman Tax Moot. He was an undergraduate at the University of Oxford, earning a degree in Literae Humaniores (Classics).
